![]() The only thing I've noticed that TS3 has added so far is ATIS, new tower views (you can sit at the screens), and expedited takeoff (which, in my opinion, is not worth upgrading for). It's the best thing on the market right now. If you're picky those things may bother you, like how in Haneda you can't just say "Route 5" for taxiing to Runway 05, but I mean you take what you can get. Some areas (like DFW) it will be labeled perfectly normal, like Terminal A, B, etc but in places like HND it will be labeled as "Terminal 1" and then "Terminal South Apron" which is like where is that at? Only downside that I didn't mention earlier is that the gates are a little fucked up at some airports because of the default locations on the terminal maps with the game, which can't be changed. In T3D, Haneda is an option (RJTT) with DLC and you can edit the timetables for realism. ATC4's actually pretty bad in that way because they only have license rights for certain airlines. Just saying it out loud is easier and it has the added bonus of giving you amazing immersion. Without using voice recognition, there are buttons you can press but it gets kind of annoying to press and/or type. I've played all packs from ATC4 except Narita and I have many airports that are DLC in T3D.ĮDIT: Formatting cause mobile sucks sometimes. Feel free to ask me any questions you have. ![]() The main thing for me is the voice and editable schedules. Can't edit arrival and departure procedures like ATC4 (Tower and ground only in T3D)įor me, it was worth the money, but I can also understand why to others it may not be. Some glitches that stink, but not game breaking (Atlanta Runway 10 exit is an example) Need a separate livery pack for every airport Slightly pricey (really good sales though) Buying DLC packs off of steam still works in the game (must buy base game steam version if you want that compatibility and it's a little extra) Was about $600 value for $130 with sales and coupon) Get a welcome coupon by signing up on Feel there website (I saved money then bought all the packs I wanted in 1 go. It's got a learning curve but it's good once you get the hang of it. I think I'll break it down in pros and cons vs. The call signs are one pack for all airports, but if you want the liveries it's another pack that's separate for every airport. As someone else said though, if you want real airlines it's an extra pack. I bought the Pro version because it supports voice recognition which really helps with immersion. In my opinion, T3D is still better than TS3 right now. The thing about Tower!3D is it's frequently on sale especially now that its successor is now out (Tower Simulator 3?).
